Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

As the patient continues to demonstrate successful progress throughout the previous levels of care, and after a consensus is reached from our clinical team, the next phase of rehabilitation will get underway, that being the Intensive Outpatient Program at Family Center for Recovery, located in Lantana, Florida

Requirements to Register in Florida

Patients will be required to secure and maintain steady employment or pursue volunteer opportunities along with consistent attendance in group, 12-Step Meetings, and other recommended therapies while residing in comfortable, *Joint Commission Accredited* transitional housing, which is ideally situated and conveniently located near public transit and offers clean and ample space for you or your loved one to excel and exercise the wide array of foundational skills they have acquired through the treatment process, while benefitting from and continuing structure, supervision and accountability.

Resources & Assistance During the Program

Throughout this time in treatment you or your loved one will be afforded continuous access to a wide array of Case Management and Vocational Counseling resources. These resources are designed to give our patients the tools necessary to address any external issues that might still be present along with preparation and assistance in obtaining sustainable employment and easy the transition process back into the community.

What Is The Length Of Stay For IOP Care?

The intensive outpatient program at the Family Center For Recovery requires you to live at our transitional facility during your treatment, there are so many benefits that an outpatient program would not include which helps with your recovery process.

The length of time enjoying the IOP experience varies based on each patient’s needs and advancements, which results in no preset timetable for completion of this phase of treatment. The overarching goal is to make sure the patient is set up for success and given the full spectrum of support needed to succeed.
